The Impact You’ll Make

The APCO Business Operations Manager will partner with Business Operations Director and APCO Account GM in delivering predictable Financial & Operational results through the efficient execution of Lam Management Systems such as AOP, QOR, QCR and QFR.  Expected to be a key contributor in supporting APCO CoE.

What You’ll Do

  • AOP custodian and alignment with global Advance Packaging Sales/SPOC for identified Key Performance Indicator Management (AOP/AIP) such as Ship/Rev, MS%. P&D and ICRI/Value Selling target.
  • MPP consolidation for OSAT account team, drive alignment with PG/CSBG for funding approval and symphony entry & updates by AT
  • Support QCR/QFR forecast cycle activities such as:
    • Align shipment changes with IDM/OSAT AT, collaborate with SEA finance & OFM for consolidated APCO P&L/Waterfall report
    • Collaborate with Sales Ops on overall Sabre-3D shipment forecast, risk and opportunities.
    • P&D tracking & consolidation
    • QxR review with BDSO & PG
  • Key driver and ownership for Cadence Review Meeting such as :
    • Bi-weekly OSAT Sales Meeting (Wafer & Panel
    • Monthly / Quarterly review meeting with IDM & OSAT AT
    • APCO QOR, QBR, SAR
  • Expanded responsibilities as OSAT CSBG Spares/Service product specialist, supporting deal review and alignment with AT / Corp CSBG
  • Collaborate cross functionally on projects that relates to APCO and areas pertaining to the role
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 6 years of operations experience in the semiconductor industry, with the last 2 years in business operations management or roles with similar capacity
  • Possesses strong inter-personal, communication and business partnering skills
  • Strong business skills and effective understanding of financial and operations systems
  • Strong leader, with initiative and effective decision-making skills. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, commitment, and resilience to multi-task
  • Meticulous and with a keen sense of business acumen, curiosity. Strong thought-process to work through problem-solving. Analytical, continuous learner, creative thinker
  • Possesses organization skills to carry out multiple and intricate task.
  • Has a flair for systems development to track, manage, benchmark report financial and operations indices
  • Demonstrates strong ability in liaison with many levels of people, with skill, tact and diplomacy

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
