Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support which includes using a variety of software packages such as Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, SAP/CRM and Phoenix Phase II to produce correspondence documents, maintain records, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Maintain management information systems and compilation of statistical data (Excel or computerized). Possess analytical skills to identify and highlight discrepancies within report. Generate reports to facilitate management in decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support for 3 main areas:
    • Operations administrative duties
      • Support the calculation, validation and reconciliation of various CSBG rebate program follow by submission of credit note with supporting documents for internal signature loop
      • Support the Ops managers on CSBG new-start quotation process which includes summarizing the pricing, costs of parts / Upgrade kit identified from audit and labor cost involved to complete the whole project
      • Generate draft new-start proposal for Ops manager to review prior to official quote to customer
      • Support the Ops managers on administrative tasks related with QxR cycles – CRD/CID changes and update provided by the Ops managers
      • Track and report NSR status, PO status and Newstart project spending   
    • Direct Field Service Support:
      • Support the FSE team on parts ordering on Newstart / Warranty projects
      • Coordinate part return with the right documentation in place
      • Support data entry of Install base performance
  • Any other general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

 

 

Job Requirements :

  • 2 years relevant experience in office administration
  • GCE “O” / “A” levels or Nitec in Business Administration
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite especially with MS Excel
  • Good data analytical skills, meticulous and organizing skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal relations skill
  • Independent and able to multi-task
