Etch Field Process Engineer

 

Primary Responsibilities:

Determine process approaches and parameters. Review and evaluate processes.
Generate or direct process activities and verify accuracy of final documentation.
Analyze and select components and equipment, as well as evaluate supplier capabilities.
Design and conduct independent experiments or tests.
Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendations.
Direct implementation of required changes or modifications.
Plan, conduct, and technically direct moderately complex projects.
Write and analyze Action Requests/Equipment Changes Notices.
Provides technical guides or advise or trains the lower level process engineer if needed.

 

Job Requirements:

MS/Ph.d in material science, physics, chemical, electrical/electronics engineering or relevant field
College graduate or 2~15 years of Etch focused semiconductor experience
Good understanding or basic electronics and electrical concepts
Definitely customer service oriented
Technical skills in engineering
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English (written & verbal)
Business ethics & integrity
Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Experienced in value engineering and lean manufacturing environment
Advanced computer proficiency
