Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for DFS workforce management including LSP (Lam Service Provider) out of Lam. Oversight manpower planning and analysis, continuing DFS model development to bring in flexibility in DFS workforce to respond ever changing business environment. Also need to develop strategy to maintain optimum level of qualified DSF resources.
Labor Resources Planning
- Develop manpower capacity & capability planning based on business forecast for long term & short term in business review cycle.
- Conduct demographic analysis by AT by product by experience to have optimum level of DFS organization
- Analyze HC gap and explore options within resource supplying sources (DFS, LSP and Global Loaned Labor)
Financial Management
- Drive each AT to deliver predictable financial results DFS labor Transfer, utilization and overtime at accountability system (QCR/QFR)
- Monitor/ track/ forecast DFS outsourcing spending and manage/ review LSP labor reporting
Report Structure & Work Relationship
- Directly report to acting RBOD
- Cross functionally work with Field Operation Executive, CSOM, CSM and Account planner
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education
- B.S. in Engineering, Business or related field
Minimum Professional Experience
- 15+ years of experience in operation/planning/ Field engineer functions
- Semiconductor industry experience
- People manager experience
Preferred Qualifications
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent MS office (Excel & PPT)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent English in both written and spoken
- Experience as Field Manager (CS Manager)
