Job Responsibilities

Responsible to provide support in the development & execution of lean six sigma roadmap for spares ops organization

Support the analysis, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of key projects & accomplish measurable business process improvements using Six Sigma methodology and analytics

Help business teams to use six sigma, value stream mapping, lean and change management methodology for identified business processes to drive transformational change.

Coordinate with various cross-functional teams for the successful delivery of program objectives. Escalate for help as needed

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial & Production engineering or equivalent

Minimum Qualifications

  • >10 years of functional experience in managing business process transformation initiatives. It is an individual contributor role
  • Prior experience in lean six sigma, value stream mapping, continuous improvement programs in supply chain domain
  • Six Sigma certification
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management at the global level
  • Demonstrated skill in decision making and problem-solving and experience in making business judgments
  • Open to challenging the status quo, strong in strategic thinking and strong business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills & presentation skills

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in the capital equipment industry, e.g., semiconductors, medical equipment, construction equipment, etc
