Business Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Be the single point of contact for Sales Ops and Global Operations for Order Fulfillment execution of Reliant Systems and upgrades
- Participate in configuration reviews and drive appropriate configuration and deal construction
- Drive cost reduction through configuration and scope management
- Manage inventory utilization for refurbished systems and upgrades
- Drive continuous improvement projects related to Reliant Systems and upgrades
- Support Quality, Product Management, Sales Ops, and the Sales Team in the resolution of quality or installation and warranty cost escapes
- Support financial deliverables for CSBG
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or equivalent required
- Min 5+ years of operational management experience in a global organization required
- 5+ years of experience in high technology industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and meet programs objectives
- Knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Lam Products equipment preferred
- Experience with hardware configuration/product management preferred
