Job Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for Sales Ops and Global Operations for Order Fulfillment execution of Reliant Systems and upgrades
• Participate in configuration reviews and drive appropriate configuration and deal construction
• Drive cost reduction through configuration and scope management
• Manage inventory utilization for refurbished systems and upgrades
• Drive continuous improvement projects related to Reliant Systems and upgrades
• Support Quality, Product Management, Sales Ops, and the Sales Team in the resolution of quality or installation and warranty cost escapes
• Support financial deliverables for CSBG

Minimum Qualifications

• BS Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or equivalent required
• Min 5+ years of operational management experience in a global organization required
• 5+ years of experience in high technology industry preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams and meet programs objectives
• Knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Lam Products equipment preferred
• Experience with hardware configuration/product management preferred
