HR Reporting Analyst is responsible for collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for the Human Resources organization for planning and activities. Maintains reporting environment, reporting tools and dashboards and develops reports to meet the requirements of business leaders and Human Resources. Works with Human Resources to evaluate HR data and analytics needs and will design new or modify existing HR reporting solutions to meet changing demands. Often works with HRIS and its personnel to coordinate data quality updates, system enhancements and support of the Workforce Analytics solution. Responsibilities included but not limited to:


  • Manages the centralized case management system for reporting and analytics requests.
  • Triages and fulfills reporting requests.
  • Retrieves, analyzes, and presents data as needed.
  • Develops standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics.
  • Maintains current HR Report portfolio and manages user access.
  • Participates and compiles data for external surveys and best practice benchmarking.
  • Analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in data sets; develops recommendations based on findings. Suggests improvements to data quality and HR system.
  • Assists in rollout, training and implementation of SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and other reporting projects and programs.
  • Ensures compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
