Lam Research has a great opportunity for an HRIS Analyst to join our growing HRIS team and take our SuccessFactors HCM system to the next level.  This is a regular, full-time position focused on achieving global  business objectives and strategy by optimizing our technology footprint.  Highly collaborative position between functional and technical staff, with expertise and team leadership in the HCM modules of SuccessFactors.  The role spans across requirements gathering and consulting with the Global HR business functions regarding technology capabilities, implementation and ongoing support of human resource information systems (HRIS).   This position will also be hands on in Application Support at a senior level.  Works with Human Resources to evaluate Global HR Program and Functional needs and will design new or modify existing HRIS solutions to meet changing demands. Responsibilities included but not limited to:
 

  • Conducts complex analysis for core HR processes, developing systems project plans to achieve business goals
  • Subject matter expert in HCM processes and systems
  • Expert in SuccessFactors HCM Modules
  • Participates in projects aimed at improving HR performance and efficiency, including but not limited to new large-scale deployments.
  • Makes recommendation for enhancements and drives their execution.
  • Provides root cause analysis and resolution to issues related to current production environment
  • Provides functional HRIS support to the HR community on HR processes and systems, including creating and rolling out trainings to end users
  • Ensures data security and standards are adhered to; ensures local compliance
  • Participates in projects concerning the non-U.S. Countries and advocates for the regions for enhancements or projects
  • Oversees audit and data integrity standards related to Compensation and Performance
  • Partners with India team to perform off-shore work as required
  •  Other special projects as assigned
     

Requires minimum of 8 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree.

Experience with SuccessFactors HCM modules required.

Global Project Management experience required.

Project Management certification desired.

SuccessFactors certification desired.

Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions a plus.
