Position Overview:

  • Drive monthly escalation performance reviews and ensure effective solutions are provided for problems of diverse scope that will have a positive impact on performance
  • Identify hardware/software/configuration attributes impacting escalation performance and drive corrective action across the global installed base
  • Understand productivity improvements available by customer site and align with account teams/regions and business development on product improvement and revenue opportunities
  • Ensure that appropriate trouble-shooting, problem solving, support tools, and procedures are developed and maintained
  • Enhance future product development by ensuring productivity solutions are driven forward into next generation product development
  • Provide design input through validation of continuous improvement projects and testing maintainability of new designs
  • Provide engineering and project management support to field and technical support engineers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, and/or complex software.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in a technical field such as EET, MET, EE, or ME
  • 8+ years related technical experience on semiconductor capital equipment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams
  • Good technical writing and documentation skills required
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and support new technology
