The Master Scheduler Program Manager (MSPM) Supervisor is responsible for coaching team members to deliver predictable performance in build plan development and execution, On Time Delivery, and Inventory Management.  Development of organizational and system tools to enable effective performance in serving customer demand. The ideal candidate will guide and train employees, resolve issues, manage escalations, and serve as a conduit between individual contributors and management, and work toward development of organizational and system tools to enable effective performance in serving customer demand.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities


  • Develop systemic, business processes, and organizational capabilities to enable order fulfillment with a global manufacturing footprint and positively impact business performance. (revenue, inventory, quality, etc.)
  • Proactively initiate 3S programs to promote Scalability, Streamlining, and Subtraction to further enable organization for growth, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Deliver factory build plan that enables customer satisfaction and an executable plan for manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Develop direct reports in functional proficiency and professional development.
  • Drive, promote and develop positive communication and critical business information exchange with multiple business partners (sales, manufacturing, supply chain, Product Group, etc.) to improve signal quality & speed, by incorporating integrated business planning.


  • Ensure training and development plans are in place and progressing to ensure compliance and organization development.
  • Organizational design to meet Order Fulfillment requirements to serve customers and business partners.
  • Establish and monitor effective controls for slotting, capacity, non-standard requirement (NSR) implementation, CTL management, Lead Time adherence, NPI transitions, Mfg Cost of Sales, E&O, and finished goods (FGI) management to prevent excursions and promote continuous improvement.
  • Develop/adapt business processes that ensure an executable build plan.  Prepare and deliver executive presentations for QxR and other corporate meetings.
  • Incorporate/Enable scheduling strategies that provide flexibility, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing execution.  Coordinate with cross functional team to ensure aligned capacity plans.  Ad Hoc presentation development and delivery to influence capacity decisions relative to customer demand profiles.
  • Lead and promote continuous improvement activities to best align order fulfillment and business partners.
  • Contribute to Integrated Capacity Planning for long term planning.

Experience & Education

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • 2 - 4 years’ supervisory experience; roles with increasing responsibility and leadership.
