This is a working FP&A manager for the Deposition Product Group.  The position is based in Tualatin, Oregon.  In addition to overseeing the consolidation of the 5 businesses in the Product Group, they will oversee inventory, compliance, and capital.  This position reports to the Product Group Controller.


The Finance Manager will be relied upon to provide insightful analysis, oversee the reporting, ensure there are controls in place to protect the company, continually drive to streamline and improve the processes, and to vet the forecasts and results to ensure the financial goals are met for the Product Group.  The person must be detail-oriented and be able to multitask in a complex and demanding environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Inventory oversight for the Business Units in the Product Group - which entails inventory reviews, E&O analysis, forecasting, fixed asset audits, and the associated reporting of all inventory matters.
  • Oversee auditor schedules and meetings.
  • Oversee capital tracking and reporting for the Product Group.
  • Oversee the consolidation and reporting of all P&L’s for the Product Group.
  • Oversee the consolidation and reporting of all forecasts and proformas for the Product Group.
  • Research financial anomalies and drive to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Review trends/issues and opportunities with Finance Management to drive appropriate responses.
  • Leverage their strong understanding of systems and research anomalies to continually seek ways to improve the financial processes.
  • Provide solid research, financial modeling, and support ad hoc requests.
  • Help ensure the financial metrics are met for Deposition Finance and the financial goals are met for the Product Group.




  • Must have strong business skills and solid judgement, the ability to organize, handle, and monitor a wide variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Must be accurate and detail-oriented but must also have the ability to see and analyze the big picture.
  • Must be dedicated, analytical, results-oriented, and highly ethical.
  • Must have extensive experience in a manufacturing environment and the associated systems used in them.
  • Very strong Excel skills are required.   
  • Must be able to handle a dynamic, fast paced, and challenging environment.
  • Must have excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting required.  MBA helpful.  Minimum 7-10 years in a manufacturing environment.  Strong SAP experience required.
