The Impact You’ll Make

As a Customer Service Business Group (CSBG) Spares Product Manager, you will be responsible for the developing product family, Connected Spares.  In this role you will be a key contributor to the business unit objectives of increasing market share and profitability. 

What You’ll Do

  • Define, create and manage the Connected Spares product strategy including benchmarking of product strategy vs. industry standards.
  • Development and release of new Connected Spares functionality and products.
  • Support of released Connected Spares products.
  • Partner closely with supply chain, product groups, engineering, operations, marketing and business development in this role.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Physical Science with 8+ years of experience; or a PhD with 5+ years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to articulate high level vision and advocate for your product across multiple groups with Lam.
  • Strong bias toward action.
  • Exceptional analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional clear communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable traveling 10% of time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with one or more families of semiconductor equipment.
  • Familiarity with one or more methods of data science.
  • Familiarity with industry that implements IOT technology in their products or processes
  • Experience leading cross functional teams.
  • Experience designing, specifying, building, operating or maintaining semiconductor, automotive, aerospace or related hardware tools and equipment.
