The Impact You’ll Make

Manages the planning, development, and implementation of procedures for the testing and evaluation of standard and special devices for all phases of product development and/or manufacturing. Specifies tests to be performed, compiles data, and makes recommendations for changes required in testing equipment procedures, manufacturing processes, new testing requirements and/or design of testing equipment. Recommends the purchase of test equipment. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Do you have the skills to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical assemblies and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our team.

We are looking for an engineering manager who can oversee our test engineering team and manage stakeholder relationships with partner organizations in Global Operations. You will be responsible for:

 

  • Developing and executing test plans and procedures for new products
  • Supporting the transition of new products from development to production
  • Providing technical guidance and mentoring to test engineers
  • Overseeing the troubleshooting and resolution of issues with test equipment and assemblies
  • Communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of goals and expectations
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation in test engineering processes and practices

Who We’re Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering or a similar role
  • Experience in testing electro-mechanical products and systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience with wafer fab equipment manufacturing, operations, and product testing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading and managing a test engineering team
  • Experience in working with Global Operations and external suppliers
