Job Responsibilities

Manage and administer HR Total Rewards programs (compensation emphasis) and projects designed by HR Operations and Lam Centers of Excellence. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Build and document processes to improve operational excellence while driving completion of deliverables across multiple work streams to meet GHR’s needs.

Other Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedules
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines and deliverables
  • Advise HR partners on best practices and process requirements for optimizing program use
  • Own communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks
  • Develop change management strategies by identifying key stakeholders, approach, and communication plans for implementation of new processes, technology, and/or tools

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years’ experience managing and administering Total Rewards programs such as compensation, recognition and benefits
  • Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with complex data
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
  • Able to package and present complex analysis and recommendations
  • Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to convey ideas and recommendations in written and verbal communications
  • Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional relationships
  • Ability to work remotely as part of a global HR team
