Job Responsibilities
As a key contributor in Global Operations, this person will be integral in helping Lam respond to increasing complexity due to growing market size, increase product offerrings and multiple manufacturing sites. This person will report to Sr Manger of S&OP process within Strategic Planning and will need to work cross functionally with stakeholders across the company.
Position responsibilities:
- Sets services levels for Planned Factory Output at the Product Family level, and manage to them. Does this by working with Factory M/S, SOPs and GSCM to understand constraints, and demand signals/trends
- Will be assigned a specific business unit and will drive the Product Sourcing Governance process which results in a 'plan of record' for product transitions to and from Lam's global factory footprint and Lam's supply chain partner remote factories
- Recommends prebuild levels to optimize flexibility strategies for customer responsiveness
- Works cross functionally with Factory Master Scheduling, Planning Engineers, MSPM, Finance, SOPs, Product Groups and Supply Chain to understand interdependencies and advocate for plan changes (capacity increases, manufacturing build locations, outsourcing, etc)
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience
