The Impact You’ll Make

Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Digital Transformation PLM transition process by analyzing current product lines and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a PLM transition model, which will be a planning and communication tool to quantify and visualize the deployment of the digital transformation capabilities across the product portfolio.
  • Gather and evaluate data related to product lifecycle management, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in the development of PLM strategies and the integration of new systems and processes, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.

  • Facilitate communication between engineering, program management, and other stakeholders to align PLM transition objectives.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any discrepancies or potential risks to the Senior Manager, PLM Transition.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Table structures, and Power Query.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PLM software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis purposes.
  • Familiarity with Power Query for advanced data transformation and analysis.
