What You’ll Do
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for influencing supply chain operations and planning with the goal of improving Lam’s responsiveness to customer demands by:
- Working with our Order Fulfillment & Demand Planning Organizations to understand where our demand for our product portfolio is planned to be for the next 12 – 36 months
- Collaborate with our Supply Chain Organization to understand what is the state of our supply base, and work with them to assess readiness for ramp to meet Lam’s needs
- Understanding suppliers’ capacity for a given Commodity Group
- Identifying those key elements that drive suppliers’ ability to ramp to meet Lam’s needs by going deep into the analytics of those parts being assessed
- Collaborate within our own group to translate the details behind the analysis into a high level view of the risks and outline mitigation strategies
- Provide feedback to Supply Chain and Order Fulfillment on risk mitigation strategies
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
- Eight (8) years of related experience in project management or program management
- Experience with Supply Chain procurement and capacity assessment processes
- Ability to identify risk and create strategies for contingency plans and mitigation across supply chain and global operations on constraints to execute our build plan
- Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills and tactical execution
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Proficient in Kinaxis, Power BI and SAP is a plus

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
