What You’ll Do
- Master Scheduler Program Manager (SPM) is responsible to ensure delivery of orders per Customer expectations acting as the primary point of contact between Global Operations (GOps) and Sales Operations (SOps.)
- Working with the management team, the position contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
- This position interacts with the Sales Operations, Manufacturing, Product Group, Finance, Inventory, and Supply Chain functions.
- Oversee commitment for delivery of Customer orders per agreed upon technical specifications and to meet Customer delivery request.
- Manage portfolio of regionally assigned Customer orders, including Systems and Upgrades, to meet Customer delivery commitment.
- Communicate with SOps regarding status of progress toward Customer delivery commitment.
- Identify, mitigate, and communicate risks to SOps regarding Customer delivery commitment.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or Business related discipline.
- Eight years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
- Problem solving and negotiating skills
- Working in a fast paced work environment and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
