Works cross-functionally with Pilot Purchasing Manager and site specific Purchasing Supervisors to rework the Pilot Purchasing intranet site, as well as document department training procedures.



Overhaul the Pilot Purchasing intranet site to be more user friendly, functional and esthetically pleasing.  Refine and organize in a searchable manner, the Pilot Purchasing training and process documentation.  Work with the team to execute any key documents that do not currently exist. 


Tasks would include but not be limited to:

  • Clean up and/or archive all older documents that are no longer relevant
  • Work with the Pilot Purchasing team to update all current and relevant training documents including work instructions and label/log them in a relevant and searchable manner on the department's intranet site
  • Separate information specific to the Pilot Purchasing team (documents shared amongst the group) from what is (or should be) shared with our internal customers
  • Reorganize layout and format


Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, able to meet tight deadlines
  • Customer interfacing skills, effective listener and professional
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of supply chain process & tools

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 2 years’ experience; or equivalent
