The Impact You’ll Make

The Business Process Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving projects for Order Management team, being at the forefront of project initiation through delivery, using your expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project are completed on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform detailed business analysis, developing insights to standardize, streamline, and optimize processes in Order Management & Execution (OM&E).
  • Develop a standardization and process improvement roadmap working with factory OM&E leads supporting the strategic objectives.
  • Review OM&E policies, procedures, and operational processes to develop recommended strategies for improvement.
  • Perform data analysis using PowerBI tools and apps, develop metrics to monitor performance, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and communicate recommended solutions to the leadership team.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Twelve (12) years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities and duties.
  • Must have experience in developing data visualizations (reports & dashboards) using tools like Power BI, SAP Business Objects or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading process improvement methodologies and best practices.
  • Skilled with improving operational efficiency on a global scale.
  • Advanced knowledge of planning and order execution in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills (creative idea generation / brainstorming / innovation).
  • Subject matter expertise in a functional domain (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Order Execution).
  • Demonstrated competency in customer focus (internal and external), critical thinking and creative problem solving, teamwork and collaboration, planning and organizing, analytical thinking, empathy, integrity, continuous learning, and effective communication skills.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
