Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and innovative Senior Human Resources Operations Professional with proven success working in a dynamic environment to lead an effective & efficient HR Service Center. Our ideal candidate must have robust experience leading a share services organization, maintaining high level of service to the organization while leading the evolution to a fully scalable shared service delivery model.

 

This individual will provide day to day oversight of HR Support function, as well as, strategic direction and planning to expand scope and scalability of HR Support (internal and outsourced)

  • Oversee the HR Support function, including the design, development, implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures, to support the Human Resources function
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies in HR Support processes and procedures; design and implement innovative solutions where applicable
  • Develop strategies to further expand the use of current technologies in support of end to end HR solutions
  • Manage the relationship and performance of tier 1 outsourced provider; identifying new areas of outsourcing opportunities while also shifting tier 2 work into the HR Support organization from Corporate HR Centers of Excellence
  • Establish internal metrics to measure and evaluate HR Support group's operational effectiveness
  • Ensure that client service, data coordination and transaction processing resources are appropriately trained to deliver high quality services.
  • Manage team schedules and distribution of work (dailies and projects) within the HR Support group
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR Support team members
  • Participate in Corporate level HR projects in support of corporate initiatives
  • Provide site level oversight in partnership with HRBP site leader
  • Utilizing MS PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint to develop HR metrics and dashboards
