Lam Research currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sr University Relations Program Specialist. This position will play an integral role in identifying, driving, and coordinating our university recruitment efforts.


Roles & Responsibilities Include:

• Establish and manage relationships with colleges and universities to build our talent pipeline strategy.

• Understand the current school relationships, develop and track measures of effectiveness and make recommendations about future relationships.

• Partner with Corporate Communications and Employer Brand agency to maximize marketing activities on campus.

• Communicate results of recruiting successes, continued challenges, hiring statistics, etc.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Managers, HR Business Partners, and Business Units to understand New College Graduate (NCG) and Intern hiring needs and drive execution based on plan.

• Expand Alumni Teams to further build our relationships on campus.

• Manage NCG Experience and Intern Program including execution of activities, engagement, ensuring a quality experience and conversion plans (for interns).

• Provide local program management for New College Graduate - Rotation Program.


Job Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources or a related field.

• Knowledge of recruiting process through experience in campus or through engagement in campus recruiting processes is preferred.

• Strong relationship management skills with experience engaging and influencing senior executives.

• Strong project management skills, including event planning.

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

• Results oriented, able to deliver timely, accurate, thorough, and high quality work in challenging situations while manage shifting priorities.

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment is essential as is the ability to work extended hours and travel as required. Up to 30% travel required.
