Job Responsibilities
- Works with company-wide cross functional teams to provide timely and accurate forecasts to executive teams on Booking/Shipment/Revenue
- Need to be able to quickly come up to speed on company products and leverage that learning to manage forecasts
- Develop/maintain close relationship with overseas LAM Sales and Regional Business Operations team members to achieve the desired forecast objectives; align with their input as well as provide directions back to the team to achieve company goals on regular basis
- Work closely with Sales/Finance/Business Development group to review and monitor commercial deals execution to ensure compliance and uphold company goal for profitability
- Support Sales and R&D team’s effort in new business opportunities; be able to leverage and align that information on the potential impact for LAM market share and company forecasts
- Manage customer shipments by collaborating between multiple organizations located in multiple regions, following defined milestones on specifications and system configurations
- Work in collaboration with overseas LAM Sales / Field Service and Order Fulfillment team members on understanding customer’s specifications and configuration needs
- Collaborate with LAM Manufacturing team (based in US and overseas) and Product Group (based in US and overseas) on customer tool configuration review and provide timely / accurate details to Supply Chain / Manufacturing organization for on-time tool delivery
- Review / process purchase orders from customer and ensure Legal/Trade and commercial terms compliance on all shipment
- Coordinate with LAM Manufacturing and Shipping/Logistic groups (US and overseas) to ensure timely shipment to customer
- Help manage follow-on activities for any shipment related issues and coordinate company-wide responses for mitigation plans and root cause analysis
- Support Manufacturing organization in providing broad-base ramp plan analysis from customer and any new product release from LAM to customer
- Providing supporting role to Corporate BD and account team for customer visits with understanding of objectives on both sides, and assist the team on execution of the meeting
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 5 years of work experience; advanced degree is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with a high level of accuracy and under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient in working with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams applications
- Experience working with SAP CRM is preferred
- Bilingual in English/Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred, but not required
