Lam is looking for an achievement oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our Corporate Recruiting functions, including HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, I.T. and Business Development. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of recruiters, partner with senior business leaders, and HR Business Partners to assess current and future hiring needs. The Successful Candidate Will

  • Design and execute large scale, strategic staffing initiatives in partnership with Executive Leadership and Human Resources
  • Serve as a full lifecycle Recruiter on critical openings
  • Mentor and coach a team of recruiters to ensure they have the support, resources and training they need to be successful
  • Identify & implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to consistently attract top talent that aligns with Lam’s core values.
  • Ensure talent acquisition processes and procedures are designed, communicated, and consistently implemented across the organization
  • Create aggressive goals and measure performance to track and communicate recruiting effectiveness throughout the organization
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent



  • 10+ years of experience recruiting for multiple disciplines
  • 2+ years leading people within a Talent Acquisition function
  • Prior experience developing and leading strategic staffing initiatives
  • Semiconductor and/or high-tech industry exposure a plus
  • Strong system skills including applicant tracking systems. SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources preferred
