Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Business Group (CSBG) Spares Product Manager, you will be responsible for one or more Spares part families contributing to the business unit objectives of increasing market share and profitability. 

Your responsibilities will include operational management of existing products in the Spares portfolio, as well as developing and supporting the development of new products to address emerging aftermarket business opportunities.  You will partner with Etch Product Groups in support of systems product development and release process where Spares and Systems businesses intersect.

The ideal candidate should possess a blend of Spares or Service business and semiconductor equipment technical experience; a big-picture customer support vision, and the energy and influence skills to make that vision a reality. 

You should enjoy spending time in the market to understand customer’s high value problems and find innovative solutions for the broader semiconductor spares segment of the market.  You must be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with all areas of the company. You may also serve as an internal and external advocate for your product offerings, including working with operations to sustain released products and working with the regions and key customers on training, opportunity identification, product differentiation, and product positioning.

Minimum Qualifications

• Complex problem solving including clarification of symptoms and ability to highlight the fundamental root cause and necessary corrective actions
• Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Technical/Engineering, Marketing, Business Development) through market requirements, vision, and positioning 
• Hold support groups accountable for executing to supply continuity and quality plans 
• Familiarity with one or more families of semiconductor equipment
• Excellent collaboration & communication
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 6 year experience; or equivalent experience.
