Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate global forecast record loading and maintenance across factories in accordance with global build plan; validate current planning against build plan and ensure is reflected in planned output
  • Reduce signal delay from sales forecast to supply chain from 1 month to 1 week by working with factory scheduling teams
  • Work with GIS/factory teams to develop forecast record loading automation to further reduce time required to load customer demand into scheduling tools
  • Help develop forecast linearization capability at factory level for key products
  • Coordinate corporate upside planning scenarios into forecast signal across all factories
  • Engage in CFTs to drive software initiatives to develop processes for improved forecasting capability that aligns with manufacturing, supply chain, and sales constraints

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization.
  • Track record of accountability, problem solving, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-5 years related experience, preferably working in lean manufacturing environment
  • Master Scheduling experience in a technology company
  • Experience in SAP
  • Good understanding of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and  Logistics processes
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
