Job Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for co-leading the BPS&T (Business Process, System and Tools) program for Global Production Engineering. The position will partner on the Systems and Tools aspect including the Manufacturing Operations Management Systems (MOMS) project. The position will lead the efforts of process documentation, process standardization and work with the factory leaders and their representatives to account for non-standard processes.

 

The position will also work with the upstream and downstream process owners such as Production Engineers, Production Quality, Product Groups, Supply Chain, Logistics and Field Service to streamline process inputs and outputs to ensure process and system alignment drives the correct people and organizational behavior throughout the value stream.

Other Job Responsibilities

Additional Functions/Responsibilities:

The position will contribute to the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Ecosystem as well as a member of the LSS working committee. The position will act as a Black Belt in the LSS ecosystem and be involved in cross-functional and cross-site global manufacturing projects to achieve operational excellence while maintaining alignment with global strategic imperatives for Global Manufacturing and Global Operations.

Minimum Qualification

6-10 prior years of project managment and technical experience required

Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualification

Master's degree
