In the Global Products Group (GPG), we are dedicated to excellence in the design and engineering of Lam’s etch and deposition products. We drive innovation to ensure our cutting-edge solutions are helping to solve the biggest challenges in the semiconductor industry. 

 

The Impact You’ll Make

This program management role offers a unique opportunity to have a significant impact by improving product margins to grow funding of the critical research and development that enables the next generation technology. You’ll lead a large cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and supply chain business managers through successful program execution by blending your technical understanding with strategic planning and operational excellence.  In this role, you will directly contribute to multi-millions of dollars in savings that will be reinvested for the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Execute projects and hold others accountable to achieve committed savings targets.
  • Monitor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement change and drive operational excellence.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage program scope, schedule, resources, and risks.
  • Successfully navigate multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Provide regular updates to senior executive management on progress towards the committed objectives.

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or a PhD with 5+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrating excellent leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
  • Ownership mindset to drive solutions and positive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in or deep knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to change process and methodologies for capturing and interpreting data
  • Expert knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures.
