Job Responsibilities

  • Work in a cleanroom laboratory as part of the Process Engineering team supporting new product development, characterizing current process applications, and performing customer demos
  • Operational proficiency of clean processing equipment and wafer metrology tools
  • Along with engineering team, prepare equipment and execute test plans
  • Analyze and interpret data to draw inferences and make recommendations
  • Perform baseline qualifications of lab tools, identify problems, and work with appropriate team to resolve issues
  • Assist engineers in execution, data collection and test reporting of customer demos

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completed technical education with a focus on Chemistry
  • 2+ years of applicable experience, preferably in semiconductor/electronics industry
  • Familiarity with working in a chemical laboratory
  • Good problem solving and data analysis skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to write engineering test reports, including analysis, conclusions and follow-up actions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a team

 

The successful candidate will be hired through a third party employment agency. 

 

This position is subject to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metaltechnology Industry, occupation group: E. The minimum annual salary for the position (m/f/d) is 37.555,56 EUR gross based on a full-time employment. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
