Job Responsibilities

• Final Assembly & Test (Parts/Modules/Components/Platforms)
• Mechanical and electrical start-up and Shipping Acceptance tests of LAM-Spin-Clean- Platforms – The basis is the configuration and the documentation (e.g. Production schedule, Mechanical Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, Internal Test Record etc.)
• Mechanical and electrical start-up of new customer requests (NCR´s)
• Full responsibility of Start-Up / Project Management
• Structured diagnostic and problem solving during Start-Up
• Execution of the defined test steps (interim tests) according to the internal test record
• Responsible for Production during the Shipping Acceptance
• Active participation during the handover from development projects to production
• Continuous improvement of our working processes and documentation
• Active knowledge sharing (e.g. internal training, supplier training)
• Inspection of the documentation, material and forwarding the deviations (e.g. Problem Record & Non Compliance Investigation)
• Continual quality improvements by means of actively questioning at the internal customer and supplier
• Active participation on the continuous improvement of the product (Improvement Suggestion in Team Track), the business process (OFI) and the tools (e.g. documentation, internal test record etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree as mechatronic/electric or electric/mechatronic technician
• IT knowledge (MS-Windows, MS-Office application, SAP would be preferred)
• Good English (written and spoken) communication skills
• Very good technical and analytical skills and logical common sense
• Precise and structured working style, strongly developed sense of duty and quality
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills and willingness to co-operate with other teams, departments and divisions
• High degree of initiative and flexibility
• Positive Attitude and Self Confidence
• Willingness to work independently and active in continuous improvement of the product quality

The candidate will be hired through a third party employment agency

This position is subject to the AUSTRIAN Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group D. The minimum annual salary for the position (m/f/d) is EUR 32.598,16 gross based on a full-time employment. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
