What You’ll Do

  • Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from the beginning to the end: product definition and planning through production, release, and end of product-life
  • Technical counseling of internal teams on product design and configuration to accommodate customer requirements
  • Serves as the central resource for Clean Tools with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
  • Leads internal meetings and workshops with the product ownership-team and keeps the management informed about the results 
  • Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line

Who We’re Looking For

  • ​Minimum of 10 years of semiconductor equipment industry experience in Product or Program-Management
  • Extensive Knowledge of Semiconductor Wet Processing Equipment Technology 
  • BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science
  • Certification in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma would be an asset
  • Ability to exercise independent judgement applying scientific and technical knowledge
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
  • Willingness to travel (internationally) is required

What We're Offering

This position will be occupied in Villach, Austria and is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G.  A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.  The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
