What You'll Do

 

  • Ensure manufacturing & warehouse loading on time and closely monitor material availability.
  • Coordinate with various departments such as procurement, production, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor the production process to meet few or no delays and ensure deadlines.
  • Analyze production specifications data to maximize production output.
  • Review and adjust the schedule where needed due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or otherinterruptions.
  • Maintain and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of necessary materials for production.
  • Create and submit status and performance reports, collating and interpreting data on the production plan’s progress.
  • Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff.

 

Who We're Looking For

 

  • HTL/ HAK degree
  • Proven experience in production planning.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

 

Compensation


This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group D or E depending on education. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
The chosen candidate will be hired through third party employment agency.
