  • Training content for in-company education
    • Instructional Designer for e-learnings and video tutorials in our learning management system (LMS)
    • Administration of user curricula in our LMS
  • Internal Test Record (ITR) administrator
    • Implement approved improvement suggestions to the master internal test record
    • Create weekly ITR releases
    • Create config-based ITR projects on tool launch
    • Create ITR for new products, non-standard requests (NSRs), ...
  • Participate in definition and implementation of manufacturing cyber security controls
    • Implement new cyber security requirements
    • Annual device certification
    • Coordinate semi-annual cyber security audits
    • Drive RCCA for audit findings and cyber security related RMBWA findings
  • IT manufacturing floor support

Other Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of a technical or commercial high school (HTL or HAK)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good oral and written communication skills in English
  • Able to work with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Team player, comfortable in a multicultural environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group: E (Kollektivvertrag 2022 – Mindestgehaltstabelle). The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
