Shipping Preparation Support (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities

  • Create the shipping preparation schedule in collaboration with System Project Management.
  • Ensure that finished goods are packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Develop resource plans for externally provided processes, like tear-down of finished wafer fabrication equipment, cleaning, packaging, crating, and loading on truck.
  • Oversee the externally provided services, their quality, and costs.
  • Manage the vendor crate production. 
  • Prepare the packing list and crate list according to the project’s configuration in collaboration with Production Control.
  • Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in the shipping preparation process at minimum costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement programs related to safety, quality, environment, and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Technical education (completed apprenticeship)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passionate about the shipping preparation of wafer fabrication equipment and committed to getting it right
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High level of initiative and flexibility
  • Good written English and communication skills
  • Able to work with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Team player, comfortable in a multicultural environment
  • Eye for detail and accuracy

 

The candidate will be hired through a third party employment agency.

 

This position is subject to the AUSTRIAN Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group D. The minimum annual salary for the position (m/f/d) is EUR 32.598,16 gross based on a full-time employment. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
