  • Manages knowledge management (KM) projects to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Lam’s customer supporting business group.
  • Works closely with Lams employees to establish a knowledge management culture, delivering solutions to support and differentiate Lams installed base performance.
  • Lead and own multiple projects, such as
  1. Evolve the global collaboration performance, interacting with individuals in 7 regions
  2. Own KM responsibilities for one or multiple business units, operating in different time zones 
  3. Support business process implementations, standardizing content creation and delivery
  4. Be a key stakeholder in change management and training programs

Required Qualification:

  • HTL graduate or University degree, preferably in a technical area
  • Experience and a track record successfully managing international projects, leading and participating in cross functional teams establishing a global knowledge sharing and knowledge capturing culture
  • Experience in resolving complex problems and implementing continuous improvements
  • Ability to work on a set of issues and project deliverables simultaneously
  • Track record of successfully managing projects in an international environment (5+ years) or equivalent experience preferred
  • Project Management Institute certification or equivalent course work is highly desired
  • Strong problem solving and data analyses skills, experience extracting information from data to drive a positive change
  • Experience executing strategies and tactics to implement business processes and systems to enable fast customer solutions
  • Strong negotiation and English communication skills to effectively deliver presentations and work effectively with others
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to motivate and lead within a matrix organization
  • Readiness for 20% of international travel
  • Technical, Engineering or Semiconductor Capital Equipment experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS SharePoint

This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metaltechnology Industry, occupation group E. The minimum annual salary for the position (m/f) is 34.826,54 EUR gross based on a full-time employment. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
