Basic Function

Provide dedicated, supply chain operations support to the Villach Lam factory.  Manage non-technical, supply chain projects using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.  Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within tolerable risk levels.


Primary Functions and Performance Objectives

  • Represents supply chain readiness for manufacturing build and system delivery/shipment
  • Leads and participates in cross functional teams to identify material delivery risk to manufacturing
  • Develops and monitors risk mitigation strategies, and coordinates root cause corrective actions
  • Leads and participates in projects to resolve problems or to support continuous process improvement
  • Develops timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challenges
  • Escalates gaps and unattended risks and issues until resolved
  • Ability to analyze and utilize data in decision making, achievement of business objectives, and driving best quality solutions, practices and policies
  • Ability to work on a large set of issues and projects at the same time

  • High level of organizations skills
  • Excellent problem solving methods
  • Exceptional verbal / presentation skills in German and English
  • Skilled in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word/SAP                                    



This position is subject to the AUSTRIAN Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group G.

The minimum annual salary for the position (m/f) is 44.696,12 EUR gross based on a full-time employment. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
