Job Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and implements cost-efficient methods to test and troubleshoot systems and equipment for all phases of product development and manufacturing.
• Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and documents specifications and procedures for new products.
• Plans labor, cost, timeline, and equipment required for testing
• Managing of work pakages for Lam internal and external resources, who supports with test fixture design and ATAC coding
• Transfer test fixtures to suppliers (including traveling and training)
• Off- and On-site support for supplier
• Manufacturing Engineering activities like assembly instruction creation, BOM and assembly verification for specific programs
• Implement new ideas and defining new ways of testing to reduce costs and test time

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical education (completed apprenticeship - Lehre; HTL Elektronik/Mechatronik preferred)
• MS office skills
• Experience on lean manufacturing and Design for Manufacturing methodologies preferred
• Hands on experience with CAD, NX or similar tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Self managed and proactive working style
• Ability to travel to suppliers or other Lam locations

This position is subject to the AUSTRIAN Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees in the Metal Technology Industries in occupation group D. The minimum annual salary for the position (m/f/d) is EUR 32.598,16 gross based on a full-time employment. A higher payment is negotiable depending on expertise and skills.
