Job Responsibilities

Title: Sales Mgr/Sr. Sales Mgr

Role & responsibility:

  1. Serve as Lam interface with YMTC buyers, LAM PG for P&D, BD for commercial deal, Sales OP, OFM for Purchase Order related matters  & Sales / Delivery related matters for both PG and CSBG business.
  2. Ensures and maintains cross-functional interface with headquarter, China region and Account Management, Logistics, Technical Support, and other regional and corporate functions, as required.
  3. Drive P & D activities with Eval and/or JDP to increase market share
  4. Serve as the owner regarding System Configuration, Specifications & General Specifications negotiation, T&C and contract negotiation internally & externally as well as strategy alignment with PG
  5. Co-work with CSOM on promoting service contract, LAM productivity solutions and Spare parts strategy
  6. Develops and maintains customer relationships including proactive interface with customers to identify potential areas of improvement and drive resolution consistent with company policies and procedures at different levels with different customers.
  7. Coordinate routine LAM product review meeting with customers and key project review meetings internally.
  8. Responsible to collect and scrutinize competition information

Minimum Qualifications


  1. Semiconductor equipment supplier experience particular for dealing 3D NAND, especially with Wuhan customers
  2. Ability to facilitate resolution of customer and technical challenges.  LAM product hardware or process knowledge and sales/marketing experience are nice to have.
  3. Business acumen to understand the business implications of decisions; orientation to profitability, knowledge of market and competition; alignment of strategic and operational goals.
  4. Excellent written and verbal English skills as well as good command in presentation in English.
  5. Persuasion skills to influence and change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations without damage to the relationship(s).
  6. People skill - team player and willing to communicate both internal & external at professional manners.
  7. Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of semiconductor experience, with reasonable period Sales experience
