The Impact You’ll Make
Leads process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis and discussion of process alternatives in order to arrive at best practices. Plans, manages, and controls the activities of a team that provides operational support for a business segment, group or team. Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, infrastructure support, tool ownership and compliance with procedures, etc. Advises business groups by providing strategic direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
What You’ll Do
As a Facility manager take all responsibility of facility management and provide “Global Workplace Solutions” actions
Business operation management including Physical Security management, Procurement and Travel.
Provide recommendations for defined problems and objectives for new projects, analyze results and reflect them to CIP (Continuous Improvement Program or Projects)

Who We’re Looking For
5-8+ years of relevant work experience, understand and be able to utilize QC methods and tools
Use Office 360 applications including MS Access Word, Excel, PPT or alternatives
Perform and complete assigned roles and tasks with minimal supervision, paying attention and high accuracy, independently within a team or in collaboration with counter partners.
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, within a team as well as with cross-functional organizations.
Have an overall (broad) perspective mind.
