The Impact You’ll Make

As a Process Technician at Lam, are a vital part of the team in actively supporting process development, product development, and research and development (R&D). You’ll set up processing equipment, conduct technical tests and experiments, process test runs, and present findings to optimize yield. Your technical expertise supports process development, contributing to Lam’s commitment to innovation.

What You’ll Do

• 웨이퍼 제조 장비 (WFE) 테스트, 장비 설정, 실험, 데이터 수집 및 샘플 제출을 준비하는 프로세스 엔지니어를 지원.
• 엔지니어링 팀에서 정의한 레시피로 처리 장비와 고급 도구를 운영하여 실험 결과를 수집하고, 측정값 (예: 박막, CD, 후처리 성능)을 캡처하고, 화학 특성 분석 수행.
• 웨이퍼 실험 진행 및 실험결과, 차트 및 결과 개요를 준비하여 수율 최적화 영역 식별.
• 프로세스 개발 팀과 프로세스 엔지니어에게 기술 지원을 제공.
• 응용 프로그램 실험 도구 및 실험 설정의 기술적 문제 해결 및 개선.

Who We’re Looking For

• 전문학사 신입 혹은 경력 (반도체, 전자, 화학, 기계 등 관련 전공 우대)
• 경력의 경우 1~5년 관련 경력 우대
• 반도체, LCD 분야 계측 실험 및 설비 운용 관련 경험 우대
• 혹은 계측 외 반도체 전공정 및 후공정 실험 및 설비 운용 경험 우대
• 클린룸 근무 및 방진복, PPE 착용 근무에 부담이 없는 분
• 영어 해석 가능하신 분 우대
• 시프트 근무에 부담이 없는 분

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
