서브팹 (Sub fab) 운영 및 유지보수 업무

• 벌크가스 시설 운영 및 유지보수
• 특수가스 supply equipment 운영 및 유지보수 (gas cabinet, VMB/P)
• 벌크 특수가스 supply equipment 운영 및 유지보수 (BSGS)
• 프리커서 (liquid & solid chemical) supply system 운영 및 유지보수 (LDC, OVC)
• Abatements, process pumps and chiller 운영 관리
• Gas storage and spare parts 관리
• 상시 현장 점검 (daily inspection)
• 실린더 주문 및 관리 g
• 실린더 교체 작업
• 리크 체크 
• 3교대 근무

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• 고등학교 혹은 전문학사 졸업자 
• 경력 무관 
• 전공 분야: Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial engineering 혹은 유사 전공
• 내외부 의사소통 능숙하신 분
• 가스 및 화학 관련 자격증 소지자 우대
• 지게차 자격증 소지자 우대

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
