The Impact You’ll Make
Plans facilities changes for plant, office, and production equipment layouts, working toward economy of operation, maximum use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations. Reviews and estimates costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs. Develops criteria and performance specifications required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes. Work with IFMS to maintain the work place and requirements from user group.
What You’ll Do
- The Facilities Quality Coordinator will work with facilities coordinator to maintain facilities infrastructure and equipment.
- Serve as a liaison between company employees and GWS contractors and service providers.
- Support for facilities operational activities including janitorial, landscape, mailroom.
- Interface with and support all Lam business units as needed to resolve the issues related to GWS services.
- Direct outsource provider resources or other vendors to solve urgent issues
- Utilize Tririga System to review timely work order completion by GWS service providers.
- Participate Site Incident Prevention Planning (SIPP) meetings
- Participate in Emergency Response Team trainings and response
- Enter purchase requisitions, review, and approve invoices and track actuals to budget.
- Assisting as required with all aspects of Global Workplace Solutions
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to successfully interact with internal customers and stakeholders
- Identifying building and site issues and driving them to closure.
Preferred Qualifications
- College graduate withe a Bachelor's degree or less than 1 year experience in this field
- Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel. Working Knowledge of SAP a plus
- English efficiency expected

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
