The Global Customer Operations Group brings industry insights and experience to help our customers deliver on their technology roadmaps. We work tirelessly to earn the trust of our customers, because we know that working closely together leads to the highest quality outcomes. 

 

The Impact You’ll Make

  • This position is responsible for developing the business strategy of Etch/ Deposition services to explore opportunities and create it thru designing tailored products. In addition, need to focus on SAM expansion of productivity services such as Comprehensive, EI-DA and WCO with Dextro.

What You’ll Do

  • ​​​​Have a projection of Service SAM/SOM(Available and Sellable Market) through monitoring customer investment, tools utilization, customer’s behavior changes in tools maintenance and competitors’ activity
  • Conduct the market analysis (customer requirements, competitor status)
  • Establish the business strategy to penetrate new business by designing tailored products and achieve profitable business outcome
  • Align business strategy for service business expansion with Fremont CSBG & account teams closely and timely


Business Impact

(e.g. strategic focus, decision-making authority)

  • Explore customer’s challenges about fab operation and assess required improvement area
  • Develop new product/program and/or business strategy as SPS to resolve customer’s challenges and achieve business goal
  • Co-work with Sales to manage key service P&Ds &   quantify customer’s value based on performance
  • Execute the strategy and align target pricing for profitable business growth

Financial Management

(e.g. financial/ budgetary responsibilities, Impact on revenue/expenses)

  • SAM (Available Market) projection
  • CSBG funding forecast & management to engage new service business for penetration
  • Forecast Service HC and manage Service P&L by Revenue/margin change analysis compared to last QxR

People engagement

(e.g. interface with relevant department and   customers)

  • Closely work with account Field/Productivity teams, ROM, Fremont CSBG & Finance
  • Communicate with customers to promote value and ROI of our service products

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Semiconductor industry background
  • Understand customer’s fab operations
  • Possess analytical thinking & skills: Excel, PP, SAP (ERP), statistical analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
  • Operations Knowledge and global perspectives to support global accounts
  • Logical & Strategic thinking
  • Quantify customer’s value$ and ROI

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing or equipment company career
  • Experience of Etch or Deposition systems
