The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry-leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

 

The Impact You’ll Make

Assists with maintaining daily operations of the physical facility. Supports maintenance mechanics and facilities staff by performing “handyman” maintenance duties such as furniture moves, simple electrical projects, spot painting and/or cleaning, light construction and/or exterior cleanup. Works with outside contractors on building and equipment repairs. Operates site equipment as needed, using hand and power tools as necessary. May perform other activities such as audio-visual (AV) set up for meetings or conferences, inter-office mail deliveries, waste paper recycling, and stocking of employee break areas. May maintain documentation such as power diagrams, network diagram, space usage, etc. and also assist with the editing of media materials, such as tapes. May provide support to vendors/contractors such as security force, cafeteria, media relations. May assist in hosting corporate visitors/dignitaries.

What You’ll Do

  • Bulk gas supply management and facility maintenance
  • Spec Gas Supply Management and Facility Maintenance (Gas Cabinet, VMB/P)
  • Bulk Specialty Gas Supply Management & Facility Maintenance (BSGS)
  • Precursor (Liquid & Solid Chemicals) Supply Management & Facility Maintenance (LDC)
  • Fulfilling legal responsibilities for the appointment of a safety manager for gas storage and supply facilities
  • Fulfilling legal responsibilities for the appointment of a safety manager for chemical storage and supply facilities
  • Daily inspections, cylinder ordering and replacement, gas charging management, gas evacuation management, line break procedures, tool installation project support, cycle purging, etc.
  • Assisting as required with all aspects of Global Workplace Solutions

Who We’re Looking For

  • NCG or 1~3 years of work experience in Facilities Support position
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree related with engineering
  • Following certificates will be required depend on the job
    • Gas Technician: Craftsman Gas
    • Chiller Technician: Craftsman Air-Conditioning and Refrigerating Machinery
    • Chemical Technician: Craftsman Gas or Craftsman Environmental or Craftsman Hazardous material-oxide solid
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to successfully interact with internal customers and stakeholders
  • People who are available 3 shifts rotation
  • Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Excel.  Working Knowledge of SAP a plus.
