The Impact You’ll Make

The role primarily provides administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs), each responsible for different client groups. This position is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the HRBPs by handling administrative tasks, coordinating HR processes, and assisting in employee-related initiatives. This role ensures smooth HR operations and facilitates communication between HRBPs and their client groups. It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across different client groups, all while ensuring alignment with HRBP priorities. Key skills and abilities include communication, problem solving, process development, analysis and good inter-personal skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Support HRBP-led initiatives such as performance management, talent reviews, engagement programs, year-end performance assessment and other ad-hoc HR projects and programs designed both for certain business functions and company overall
  • Independently manage the given scope of operational areas and program delivery as well as interface business managers with minimal supervision.
  • Manage employee data and HR system upon changes and support HRBPs in generating various HR reports and intelligence materials

  • Answer and guide business on simple HR relevant questions or policies with good inter-personal skills
  • Assist in planning and executing HR events, training sessions, and workshops and support HRBPs in implementing employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.A. Degree
  • 1~13 years of professional work experience that is highly relevant with HR
  • HR business partner or generalist experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
  • English communication skills (written/spoken)
  • Excellent collaboration, proactiveness and team spirit
  • Knowledge of local HR practices and employment laws

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
