Instructions
Implement a variety of responsibilities related to the flow of materials, products, services and associated systems information. Perform the physical and/or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
The Impact You’ll Make
Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.
What You’ll Do
- Review Wafer orders, examine, stock and distribute merchandise, products and materials from lab operations inventory.
- Support Lab operation program launching, operation
- Prepare products and merchandise for distribution to internal customers and notify customers of availability of products and merchandise for pick-up.
- Execute replenishment strategies; conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts.
- Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.
- Check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of goods and reject unsatisfactory items.
- Compile and document all transactions for data entry.
- Inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, receipt and shipment of products, and third-party warehousing.
- Provide financial reporting and reconciliation of inventories.
- Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation.
- Package and prepare products and merchandise for shipment.
- Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped.
- Ability to work extended hours.
- Support a safe work environment by following safe work practices, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and following Lockout Tagout (LOTO) policies and procedures.
Who We’re Looking For
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience;
- Inventory control and planning experience.
- Clean room experience
- Highly motivated and always seeking for improvement and to drive projects to timely closure.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people skills.
- Foundational computer skills including use of warehouse management software (WMS) such as SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Good English language skills (able to speak, read and write English)
- Forklift experience beneficial
- Able to lift 50 lbs (20Kg)
